Unique corporate gifts link art, heritage and business

Can art and business help each other out? For the skeptics, here are some benefits that art can offer to business and vice-versa. There are many ways for the two to work together, but one of the simplest is to create unique corporate gifts.

An artist and as an entrepreneur, I have worked with some of the country’s finest talents.  Many are First Nations People, pioneers in sharing their culture and artistic skills.  Their pieces are the source of inspiration for many of our unique business gifts.

Unique Corporate Gifts Work Their Magic

We provide original business gifts for our clients. But we also work with them to promote fairness and decency. This is our attempt to help empower First Nations People.

Commissioned silk scarf

Turtle Island Art Gallery commissioned custom scarves representing artwork by Daphne Odjig.

Some of Monsoon’s most unique gifts boast designs by famous First Nations Canadian artist, James Hart. We created an entire line of products, which includes:

  • Ties.

  • Scarves.

  • Shawls.

  • Upholstery.

  • Curtain fabrics.

Items from this line were sold in high profile museums, such as Le Louvre in Paris, France.

The James Hart Haida Tie, a great business gift.

A second highlight of Monsoon’s portfolio is a Kenojuak Ashevak collection. The artist is one of the most notable pioneers of Inuit art, whose work was even seen on stamps. Monsoon created custom gifts for the Canadian Museum of Civilization based on her designs.

With all the artists, our goal was the same. To benefit all parties involved. So we combined Monsoon’s dedication to quality business gifts with First Nations People’s talent. The mutually beneficial relationship led to many exciting collaborations. These partnerships went on to highlight the breathtaking skills of Canadian artists.
